Furniture beneath a pitched ceiling
The Beijing penthouse is described as a top-floor residence with a pitched ceiling and a calm neutral palette. Its living-room reference is a deep-seated linen sofa with loose cushions. The broad upholstered seating and loose cushion treatment give buyers a specific sofa direction to discuss, while the sloping ceiling makes the relationship between furniture position and the room envelope especially relevant when planning a similar space.
A distinct dining palette
The dining setting pairs a long dark-wood table with sculptural brass-framed chairs upholstered in green. Dark timber, metallic frames and green upholstery distinguish this group from the neutral linen seating nearby. When using the penthouse as inspiration, compare the dining-table length with the number and width of chairs required, and check sofa depth independently of table circulation. A pitched roof also makes actual ceiling measurements useful for the layout discussion. Send the room plan and reference photographs with your inquiry; ask sales to identify the closest catalogue pieces and confirm upholstery and frame finishes for your own specification.
